HOW IT WORKS
We’ll help you get set up with the right recording approach for your space, budget, and goals. Once you record, you send us the raw audio – and we take it from there. That includes organizing and editing your conversations, tightening the pacing, cleaning up sound quality, and mixing and mastering the final episode so it’s clear, cohesive, and easy to follow.
Projects start at $800 per episode, with turnaround times depending on the length and complexity of the recording. Most are completed within a few business days.
Editing is a detailed, time-intensive process, often taking 3 to 4 times the length of the original audio. Factors like sound quality, number of speakers, and the use of music or clips all impact timing.
You’ll receive a draft to review, with the opportunity to request edits before anything is finalized. To get started, we include an initial onboarding fee to cover setup, file organization, and creative alignment before production begins.

We’ll talk through your format, goals, and current challenges, then offer clear, practical recommendations – whether that’s refining your structure, strengthening your voice, growing your audience, or working through a creative block. The focus is simple: helping you make confident decisions and move your show forward.

If you need to interview someone in the Kansas City area but aren’t local, we can handle the recording for you.
We’ll capture clean audio and room tone using professional equipment and deliver the files promptly. This service has supported work for outlets like Gimlet, 99% Invisible, Latino USA, and WGBH.
